Keeping you Safe During Therapy
In order to provide for the safety of all who visit our offices, we have taken a number of steps in our offices:
- All of our clinicians are available for online telehalth appointments at this time if you do not wish to come into our office. Click here to learn about our telehealth options.
- Masks are required in our waiting areas, and provided for those who don’t have one.
- Hand sanitizer is available in all waiting areas and offices. We encourage the use of hand sanitizer after touching of faces for any reason.
- “Sanitation stations” are available with UV disinfecting boxes available to clean phones, pens, and credit cards. Alcohol wipes are provided for the box itself when using. As a bonus, chargers are available so you can charge and sanitize your phone in one stop!
- The “daily hose down” is conducted at least once per day, and all high touch surfaces (door handles, waiting area furniture, coffee machines) are wiped or sprayed with disinfectants. On higher traffic days, this is done up to three times per day.
- Each office is equipped with a misting bottle of isopropyl alcohol so that furniture and other items can be sprayed between patients.
- UV disinfecting boxes are being used to sanitize materials handled for testing or during therapy between patients that cannot otherwise be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol.
- We have spaced out furniture in our offices as space allows to create as much distance as possible between chairs.
- Contactless thermometers are being used to get a quick temperature for both staff and patients who enter the office.
- We have provided each office with an air purifier that continuously circulates air in therapy offices through both a true HEPA as well as an electro-static filter.
- We can safely store your credit card information in order to provide for completely contactless payment.
- We kindly request that you refrain from visiting our offices if you have been sick within the last 72 hours, or have had contact with someone who has. We are happy to meet via telehealth if you would like, or to reschedule.
If you have other questions or concerns please do reach out. We are happy to touch base anytime. We can be reached via email here, or you can call us at (720) 387-8458.
