Therapy and Counseling

Help cope with isolation, depression, and anxiety through online telehealth therapy

The COVID-19/cornoavirus pandemic is turning all of our lives upside-down. It is normal in chaotic times to suffer from feelings of isolation, depression, anxiety, fear, and grief.

Whether you are having trouble coping with an isolated lifestyle, or if you have lost your job, or are suffering from the grief of the loss of a loved one, a supportive voice can help you find the stability you need.

If you are staying at home to care for your children, if you are quarantined or are afraid of becoming ill, telehealth therapy is an easy, safe, and private way to meet with a licensed psychologist over online video. We’ll send you a link, and you’ll be on your way!

The Metis Center has been providing online telehealth counseling since 2016. Our team of licensed psychotherapists are trained in online counseling and able to provide expert support on a flexible schedule.

Due to the current crisis, most insurance providers will cover telehealth, including medicaid!

Being socially isolated doesn’t mean that you have to be alone.
