I am an Arizona native, that has called Colorado home for the past sixteen years. My interest in psychology began at the age of ten with active curiosity about how our experiences and genetics shape us. From there, my passion only grew. I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology from Arizona State University and my masters in counseling from the University of Denver.
In my graduate training and professional work, I have worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, schools, and private practice settings. My areas of interest and specialty include ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors such as trichotillomania and excoriation, and executive skill deficits. I work with children, adolescents and adults.
